Calling all our local artists!
The Festa Committee, together with Rotary, are thrilled to announce the first event for the 2021 Swiss Italian Festa.
In keeping with tradition, the Festa will include a Central Victorian Landscape Art Show event as part of the 2021 Swiss Italian Festa taking place from 21 – 24 October. This traditional and much-loved event has always been part of previous Festas and we are delighted to include it in this year’s Festa program.

The Senior section will be judged by painter and printmaker, Greg Mallyon. The Junior section judge will be announced shortly.
There are some differences to the way the event was run in previous Festas which are detailed below:
- We’ve joined up with Rotary for the event this year who are kindly lending us with their equipment to enable us to show the artwork at its best
- The artworks will be displayed at the Daylesford Town Hall
- There are two sections for the show this Festa with both a Senior and Junior section
- Rotary have agreed to automatically include all the entries for the Central Victorian Landscape Art Show into their Rotary Art Show the weekend following the Festa
- All entries will be displayed on the Rotary Art Show website giving artists a larger exposure for potential sales
- There will be three cash prizes for each of the Senior and Junior Sections
- There is a cost involved to enter the competition for the Senior section only, Juniors can enter for free
To all our potential Artists: please tell all your artistic family and friends as we would love as many entries as possible to make this a spectacular return of this event as part of the Festa.
