Domenico comes from near Bologna in Italy. He’s had a stellar career in some of Europe’s best Michelin-starred restaurants where his culinary skills have been honed by renowned chefs Luca Marchini, Piergiorgio Parini and Andrea Accordi. In Australia, he’s worked with high profile chefs Luke Mangan, Neil Perry and Giovanni Pilu.
While skillfully versed in the haute cuisine discipline, Dom has also stayed passionate about simple, artisan-style Italian cooking which he describes as ‘what is in my blood!’ He approaches this with respect for raw food materials, sustainable production practices and the slow, natural development of tastes and food processes.
