Winery Wanderer Bus Tour

The bus leaves from the front of the Hepburn Springs Bathhouse & Spa.  Visit the wine makers of the area who have followed the traditions of the Swiss or Italian settlers who planted the first vineyards in the 1860's.

Enjoy the diversity and distinctive pleasures of our local wines. Join the "fun bus" and explore wine and food grazing along the way.

The bullboar sausage is an historical food product created by the Swiss Italian settlers of our region.

Each family have their own special recipe. Join descendants in a hands on day using traditional processes.

Learn the tips that make this sausage so unique. Use recipes hidden for over 50 years. Make fresh and curing varieties. Take home a selection.

Bring an apron and a sharp knife.
