I use high-fired ceramic stoneware and porcelain, which I beat, build, embed, pierce, scrape, squash, and transform until the colour, density, shape, texture, and tone are all in harmony.
I try to create beautiful objects, beautiful because they have a purpose and because they excite the imagination.

This colourful carnevale walking parade features local school children and families, community and visiting musicians including Swiss Matterhorn Yodellers, Alpenrose dancers and Swiss Companion Singers, the Victorian State
Youth Brass Band, circus performers, folkloric groups, and members of the Swiss and Italian communities in a lively parade of masks, costumes, puppets and flags celebrating our Swiss and Italian heritage.

Follow a maze of dirt tracks to the ruins of the original Lafranchi Homestead, which was built in the mid 1870s. To the front of the homestead is the hut, which has been repaired over the years by descendants of the Lafranchi family and used as a hunting cabin on weekends and holidays.
Each spring an explosion of daffodils and hyacinths surround the site.
A car pool will be arranged to get to the start of the walk. Wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
